Support That Meets You Where You Are
My areas of focus lie at the crossroads of my experiences, passions and training. I take an integrated, evidence-based approach to therapy, incorporating Attachment Theory, Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing, and Restoration Therapy. I also utilize the Gottman Method in my work with couples.
My training within the fields of both physical and mental health uniquely positions me to help clients explore the mind-body connection and bring about holistic, meaningful change.
Areas of Focus
Perinatal Mental Health
The pursuit of parenthood, no matter the journey, can bring emotions that feel far more complex than people often expect. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, grieving, resentful, lonely, or unlike yourself — sometimes all at once.
Whether you are navigating fertility struggles, miscarriage, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety or depression, or the emotional and identity shifts that can come with caring for a young child, you deserve support that makes space for the full reality of your experience with compassion and care.
Women’s Issues
Many women move through life carrying impossible expectations — to be nurturing, successful, emotionally available, selfless and endlessly capable, all at once. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, resentment, or losing touch with who you are underneath everyone else’s needs.
Therapy can be a space where you no longer have to hold everything together alone. Together, we can explore the patterns, pressures, relationships and experiences that have shaped you — and help you reconnect with your own voice, needs and sense of self.
Betrayal & Infidelity
Relational betrayal can shatter your sense of safety, trust, and reality. After discovering infidelity or repeated deception, many people find themselves obsessing, questioning everything, struggling to regulate their emotions, or feeling like they no longer recognize themselves or their relationship.
The pain can feel all-consuming and deeply isolating. Healing begins with having a space where your hurt is understood, your reactions make sense, and you do not have to carry the weight of it alone.
Chronic Pain & Illness
Living with chronic pain or illness can be physically exhausting and emotionally overwhelming in ways others may not fully see. You may feel grief for the life or body you once had, frustration at constantly pushing through, or loneliness from feeling misunderstood by others.
Chronic illness can also place strain on a relationship as couples navigate changing roles, caregiving dynamics, and the emotional weight illness can bring into a partnership. Therapy can offer a space to process the emotional toll with greater gentleness, support, and understanding.
Trauma
Traumatic events from our past can leave us stuck in old patterns and cycles that reinforce pain and uncertainty. These patterns can leave you feeling out of control of yourself and lead you to not trust your mind or your body.
Moving forward can be painful, but is necessary to find freedom. We will discover how your mind and body have held onto trauma, and work together to release its hold. The events of your past need not determine your future.
